GASTOGRAPH
This instrument provides precise measurement of yeast activity in dough and CO₂ emission. It works with both fresh and dry (soluble) yeast, allowing simultaneous testing of multiple samples. Proofing chamber temperature is controlled, with chambers equipped with durable rubber seals and chrome doors.
Results are displayed as graphs and separate CO₂ tables, ready for printing or export to PDF/Excel. Tests can run for up to 3 hours without operator intervention.
