FASTGRAIN —this is a series of automatic samplers designed for the rapid, accurate and safe sampling of bulk grain from vehicles at grain elevators, grain terminals, feed mills, as well as at grain storage and processing facilities.
The equipment is designed to handle cereals, pulses, oilseeds, feedstuffs, flour, oilcake and other bulk products. FASTGRAIN samplers help to speed up cargo reception, reduce human error and ensure consistent sample quality for subsequent laboratory analysis.
The systems operate reliably even with moist and dense materials. The stainless steel probe penetrates the product evenly, whilst the pressure control system ensures safe sampling without the risk of damaging the vehicle body.

A compact, single-post automatic sampler for standard grain receiving points.
This model is ideal for businesses requiring a reliable and convenient solution for daily sampling from road transport. The telescopic boom allows samples to be taken from different areas of the body, whilst the 260° rotation ensures sufficient coverage of the working area.

FASTGRAIN ONE 350
FASTGRAIN ONE 350 —a single-post automatic sampler with an increased rotation angle and extended working range.
The model can rotate 350° around its axis, allowing samples to be taken from vehicles in two lanes. This is a convenient solution for businesses with heavier traffic flows and higher requirements for sampling speed.
The sampler is equipped with a telescopic boom, a hydraulic control system and a closed-type collection hopper with a Dust Bypass system. An air-blow function is provided to clean the sample transfer line.

FASTGRAIN MAX —rail-mounted automatic sampler for facilities with heavy vehicle traffic and a large sampling area.
The main feature of this model is its movement along a rail platform. This allows the sampler to cover a large working area and take samples from different points on the vehicle body without moving the vehicle. This is particularly convenient for large grain silos, grain terminals, feed mills and processing plants.
