CropLab Crude Fiber Analyzer

The CropLab Crude Fiber Analyzer is designed for the determination of crude fiber content in grains, compound feeds, animal feeds, grain processing products, and other agricultural materials. The instrument uses the classical acid-alkali hydrolysis method, a widely accepted laboratory procedure for crude fiber determination and quality control.

The analyzer can process up to six samples simultaneously, making it suitable for routine laboratory testing and batch analysis. A complete analytical cycle takes approximately 100 minutes, including acid and alkaline digestion, filtration, washing, and sample preparation for crude fiber determination.

 

Operating Principle

During the analysis, samples are sequentially treated with acid and alkaline solutions under controlled boiling conditions. After soluble substances are removed, the remaining residue is cleaned, ashed, and used to calculate crude fiber content. Automatic temperature control ensures stable analytical conditions and excellent repeatability of results.
