Hammer mill
Despite its name, the hammer mill is a very quiet device. The soundproofing is the main advantage of the device. The mill is equipped with the metal disk, thanks to which the grinding is carried out. The raw material comes to the disk with the airflow. Steel hammers forces the raw materials through the sieves that rotate at a speed of 16800 rpm. The grinded raw material is homogeneous. Collecting container for the product is made of stainless steel.
Grinded products can be used for further tests: NIR analysis, falling number analysis and gluten washing parameter.
The device is equipped with emergency off switch and automatic feed system.
