Sieve Cleaner PSC 5
This model of cleaner is designed to separate impurities of any fractions (small, medium and large), as well as to separate the product using a system with one or two passes.
Characteristics of this model:
- Frame is made of extruded steel supports.
- Bolted connections.
- Machine body is made of galvanized sheet metal.
- Screen frame is made of carbon steel.
- Screens are equipped with rubber balls for cleaning.
- The movement of the screens is provided by the connecting rod.
Operating principle
This cleaner can have a single-stage and two-stage cleaning system.
The principle of operation of a single-stage cleaning system:
Product with impurities flows by gravity into the machine. The product is evenly distributed over the screens. The size of the screens is selected depending on the product to be cleaned. The upper screen is used to separate large impurities, and the lower screen is used to separate small impurities.
The principle of operation of a two-stage cleaning system:
Product with impurities flows by gravity into the machine. The product is evenly distributed. Then an air flow goes through the product, allowing you to remove light impurities.
Then the product falls on screens. The size of the screens is selected depending on the product to be cleaned. The upper screen is used to separate large impurities, and the lower screen is used to separate small impurities. Such a process takes place twice – in the lower and upper block of screens. Before unloading, the product passes through flow slowing system, where it is again treated with an air flow to remove light particles.
