Vibropneumatic cleaner

This equipment is designed to separate grains that have a uniform structure and size from grains that have a different density or surface texture.

For example:

• Separation of raw rice from brown rice;
• Separation of barley, oats or rye from soft/durum wheat.

Operating principle

The product enters the machine through a feed device and is evenly distributed through the channels. The product is simultaneously affected by the slope and speed of the cleaner and that is how the grains are set in motion and grains of different specific weights are separated (they go up and down).

This machine is used:

• At rice plants to separate peeled rice from brown rice.
• At flour mills to separate soft wheat from durum wheat.
• At elevators to separate grain impurities from wheat.
• At malt houses to separate impurities from malting barley.
• At oil-extraction plants to remove stones, broken grains and husks from the product.

The characteristics of this model:

• Product is fed using perforated sheet.
• The machine has a five-level system of channels for the product, which provides a high performance with smaller dimensions.
• Machine is made of AISI 304.
• The machine is equipped with shock absorbers to ensure uniform quite sliding with the Vulkolan wheels.
• The machine works without air and it is well-sealed, which helps to avoid dust problems.
• Installed capacity is 0.5 kW/h per ton of processed product (wheat).
