The report also says that, compared to the previous marketing year, the indicator of soybean processing this year will increase by at least 15%.
According to statistical data, the amount of processed soybeans during the period from September to November of the current marketing year was 316 thousand tons. And this figure broke all records for this period.

It should be recalled that the amount of soybeans at the enterprises, whose main activity is storage and processing of soybeans as of December 1 was 1.14 million tons, which is 9.41 thousand tons more than during the same period in 2016.

In Ukraine, the production of soy products is at the stage of active development. Experts predict that a significant increase in soybean processing in the country is expected in the coming years. This is due to the growing demand for soy products in the world, as well as the development of the livestock and poultry industry in Ukraine.

Today, Ukrainian producers of soy products have excellent prospects for exporting their products to foreign markets. Soybeans and soybean oils are among the most sought after products in the world, which opens up great opportunities for Ukrainian exporters.

In addition, the development of soybean processing in Ukraine is an important factor in strengthening the economic potential of the country. This creates new jobs and contributes to the development of the industry at the local level.

Despite the fact that Ukraine is one of the largest soybean producers in the world, the share of soybean processing in the country is still low. However, favorable trends in the world market and the political support of the state allow us to hope for further development of the soybean processing industry in Ukraine.

Thus, forecasts for soybean processing in Ukraine indicate promising opportunities for the development of the industry and the export of Ukrainian soybean products to foreign markets.
