
Ukraine: Exports of rape in the current MY amounted to 95 thousand tons
The beginning of the new marketing year in the rapeseed market turned out to be quite rapid, as the harvesting campaign for this culture began early, and a high pace was maintained throughout the campaign.

In July and August, records of previous years were broken, and to the foreign markets it was sent 329.5 thousand tons of rapeseed and 585 thousand tons of rapeseed, respectively.
Summarizing the results of the first two months of the new MY, the export of rapeseed reached record figures of 914.7 thousand tons. According to the forecasts of specialists, during the entire period stable export volumes of this crop is expected.
The main importing countries of the Ukrainian rapeseed are the EU countries (the import share of this region is 86%). Also, the list of active importers include such countries as Pakistan and the UAE with the import share of 7%.
Ukraine continues to expand its export volumes on global markets. In the current season, rapeseed exports from Ukraine reached 915 thousand tons, marking a 12% increase compared to the previous season. This growth reflects the rising demand for Ukrainian rapeseed from international consumers who value its quality and competitiveness.
Among the key importers of Ukrainian rapeseed in the current season are countries such as Egypt, Tunisia, Turkey, Poland, and China. These countries purchase rapeseed for both domestic consumption and processing into oil and other products.
One of the main advantages of Ukrainian rapeseed is its high quality and fatty acid content. This allows for the production of high-quality oil, which is in demand on global markets. Additionally, Ukrainian rapeseed offers competitive prices, making it attractive to international buyers.
Thus, Ukraine continues to confidently increase its export volumes, including rapeseed, in global markets. This demonstrates the high quality and competitiveness of Ukrainian goods that are sought after worldwide.
