DESCRIPTION

The machine is used:

  • in various mills and feed mills,
  • before a roller mill for grinding raw materials such as corn, soybeans and beans,
  • in a grinding system for grinding impurities in wheat, rye and oats,
  • for grinding pasta.

OPERATION PRINCIPLE

As the raw material goes through the inlet into the hammer mill, the rotor begins to rotate at high speed, which creates air flow and makes the grain rotate. During the rotation of the rotor, hammers move through the grain, hit it with the blades, crushing it. This process continues until the grain is of a given fraction. Then grain passes through the sieves under the force of gravity, where additional grinding occurs due to the friction of the sieves. The product that has become smaller than the mesh is removed from the hammer mill.

CHARACTERISTICS

  • For the MHM models auger conveyors, elevators, blowers or aspirators are required to transport the crushed product. The MHM-AC models transport the product vertically or horizontally to the required distance without any transport equipment.
  • Long service life of the hammers made from special hardened steel.
  • Available capacities in the range of 500-2000 kg/h.
