Kazakhstan and Tajikistan Strengthen Cooperation in Grain Supplies
The national grain operator of Kazakhstan — “Food Corporation” — and the Agency for State Material Reserves under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan have agreed to expand cooperation in food supply.
Kazakhstan remains a key supplier of wheat and flour to Tajikistan, where domestic production covers only about 40% of demand.
In 2025, Kazakh wheat exports reached 1.2 million tons over the past five years. In the new season, Tajikistan plans to import up to 1.3 million tons of grain products.
The parties confirmed their intention to develop long-term cooperation and ensure stable supply volumes.
Quality control as a key factor
With large export volumes, grain quality control becomes crucial. Proper sampling and sample preparation directly affect the accuracy of laboratory analysis and product compliance.
Modern laboratory equipment, including grain sample laboratory separators, is used for this purpose. They allow:
- automatic impurity separation
- preparation of representative samples
- improved testing accuracy
Such systems reduce human error and ensure consistent results.
Conclusion
The growth of international grain trade increases quality requirements. Modern laboratory equipment plays a key role in ensuring reliable control and stable supply chains.
