Such information was provided by Uryadoviy Portal.

This document is a precise plan, which clearly describes how Ukraine can achieve a new level of exports, and stop being a raw material appendage, but to export processed products and develop knowledge-based industries. Also, this strategy defines the geography of exports up to 2021. The «map» of export denotes those regions where Ukraine has a chance to stand out.

Also, it is stated that the adoption of this Strategy is a big step that shows that the authorities understand all the problems of exporters and are ready to work in the direction of export development.

In addition, the document lists markets that will serve as a substitute for those markets where it is difficult to work due to political reasons. This list includes such countries as countries of the European Union, North Africa (Egypt), countries of the Middle East, such as Iran and Saudi Arabia, China and Japan, the United States and Canada, as well as several other regions.

The Government of Ukraine has developed an export strategy for 2017-2021, which is aimed at strengthening Ukraine’s position in the global agricultural market. Ukraine is one of the largest exporters of agricultural products in the world and the strategy is designed to continue increasing exports.

The export strategy includes a number of measures aimed at improving the quality and competitiveness of Ukrainian agricultural products, as well as improving access to new markets. In particular, the strategy provides for an increase in exports to major markets such as China, India, the EU and African countries. In addition, it is planned to strengthen trade relations with Ukraine’s traditional partners.

The goal of the strategy is to increase Ukraine’s agricultural exports to $50 billion by 2021. To achieve this goal, the government plans to strengthen support for exporters, improve the infrastructure for transporting and storing agricultural products, and reduce bureaucratic barriers to exports.

Thus, the export strategy for 2017-2021 is an important step to strengthen Ukraine’s position in the global agricultural market and increase the competitiveness of the industry.
