
Exports of Ukrainian agricultural products in March 2025 from Ukraine
According to the results of March 2025, exports of agricultural products from Ukraine reached 5.4 million tons for a total amount of 2.1 billion US dollars. This was reported by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine. The share of agricultural products in the country’s total exports amounted to 58%, with a total figure of 3.6 billion US dollars. An increase in exports of certain categories of processed agricultural products was recorded. Here is a comparison with the same period in 2024, the supply of bakery products increased by 24% and amounted to 29.5 million US dollars (+7.7 million). Exports of butter showed a record growth – by 254%, to 9.87 million US dollars (+7.3 million), while cheese exports increased by 32%, to 5.3 million US dollars (+1.4 million).
Among Ukraine’s key trading partners in March 2025 were Turkey (270.8 million USD), Italy (171.1 million), Spain (170.4 million), Egypt (162.4 million) and the Netherlands (121.6 million). In total, 36 countries around the world purchased Ukrainian agricultural products worth more than 10 million USD each.
The main export items have traditionally been corn and sunflower oil, which have a stable demand on world markets. Thanks to developed logistics and modernized production facilities, Ukrainian agriculture remains competitive, even in an unstable geopolitical situation.
