Kazakhstan: The first place for harvesting grain in Kazakhstan was taken by the North-Kazakhstan oblast
During October, the amount of grain stocks in the country changed significantly. There are areas such as Pavlodar, for example, where the amount of grain increased by 171.4%, and there are areas where, on the contrary, the amount of grain has decreased. These are the Aktyubinsk, South-Kazakhstan and others. However, in most regions, the amount of grain has increased.
The first place for harvesting grain in the RK was taken by the North-Kazakhstan oblast. It was here that the agrarians managed to get the greatest harvest among all regions of Kazakhstan’s grain belt. As of the end of October, 3.087,5 thousand hectares were threshed in this area and 5627 thousand tons of grain were harvested. Also, the agrarians of this region managed to increase the average yield by 0.4 centners per hectare, from 17.8 centners per hectare to 18.2 centners per hectare. The main increase in the grain balance took place in September (the amount of grain increased by 3 or more times).
It should be recalled that the quantity of grain as of September 1 barely exceeded 6.5 million tons, while on October 1 this figure was more than 18 million tons. As of November 1, the amount of grain stocks is over 20 million tons.
The most common crops in the region are wheat, barley, oats, rape and sunflower. Favorable climatic conditions, developed infrastructure and the use of modern technologies allow agricultural enterprises of the North Kazakhstan region to achieve high results in grain production.
In addition, agricultural enterprises in the region are actively introducing modern methods of storage, processing and processing of grain, which allows them to improve the quality of products and increase their competitiveness in the world market.
The North Kazakhstan region continues to develop in the agricultural sector, making efforts to increase production volumes and improve product quality. The development of the agricultural sector is one of the priority areas for the region, which allows it to maintain its position in the top grain production leaders in Kazakhstan.
