The Y14 water reservoir is designed to prepare and maintain a stable temperature of water or solutions during laboratory testing of grain, flour, and dough. The device combines heating and cooling functions, providing precise temperature control for accurate and reproducible operation of analytical equipment.

Thanks to the built-in circulation and cooling system, the reservoir significantly reduces water consumption, which is especially important during intensive laboratory use. The body and working components are made of stainless steel, ensuring durability, corrosion resistance, and compliance with sanitary standards.

The reservoir features a programmable control system with a digital display, PID controller, and microprocessor, ensuring precise maintenance of the set parameters. For enhanced safety, the system includes an alert function in case of temperature exceeding the allowable limit.
