DESCRIPTION
The machine is used for dosing and weighing bulk materials (cereals, grain, flour, etc.). It is used for packing dusty and granular products.
OPERATION PRINCIPLE
- WEIGHING NOZZLE
- Accurate weighing with two load cells.
- Sealed discharge covers.
- Cleaning covers on the nozzle(s).
- Pneumatic vibrator to avoid product sticking.
- Ability to connect to aspiration if necessary.
- SEWING MACHINE
Automatic sewing machine is used to close the mouths of bags. Height of the sewing machine is adjustable and manual sewing machine is available on request.
- BELT CONVEYOR
- Easily adjustable belt height and tightness.
- A chain gear is used to move the belt.
- Mechanism for flipping bags.
- Railings to prevent packages from falling.
- HIGH-ENDURANCE STEEL CONSTRUCTION CHASSIS
The support platform is made of two parts for easy montage. There is perforated sheet on the ground and railings on the sides.
- STATION FOR FILLING BAGS
Accurate and fast filling.
- HOPPER
Used as product store to feed the machine for continuous operation. The product level is monitored by sensors. Adjustment clacks are placed on the bottom to avoid product jam.
