Sieve cleaner PSC

This cleaner is designed to separate impurities of all fractions (from small to large), as well as to calibrate the product.

Characterisctics of this model:

  • The frame is made of extruded steel supports.
  • Bolted connections.
  • Hopper for feeding the product.
  • Sieve box is made of carbon steel.
  • The cleaner is equipped with a manual shutter for adjusting the airflow.
  • Sieves are equipped with rubber balls for cleaning.
  • The movement of the sieves is carried out using a connecting rod.

The principle of operation of a two-stage cleaning system:

Product with impurities flows by gravity into the machine. By means of a counterweight system, the product is evenly distributed. Then an air stream passes through the product, which allows to remove light impurities.

Then the product falls on a sieve. The size of the sieves is selected depending on the product to the cleaned. The upper sieve is used to separate large impurities, and the lower sieve is used to separate small impurities. Such a process takes place twice: in the lower and upper sieve block. Before discharging, the product passes through moderators, where it passes through an air stream again to remove light particles.

This cleaning system allows you to separate 7 types of impurities and by-products.
