Conditioner
Description
The conditioner is designed to enhance the granulation property of the product. This effect is achieved by processing the product with hot steam.
The product enters the conditioned via a screw conveyor. Heated steam comes from the steam boiler, which is supplied via 8 different points, and the product is mixed by means of the blades to achieve the set temperature.

- Easy belt replacement.
- Housing is made of stainless steel 304.
- The augers and the housing of the dosing system is made of ST 37 stainless steel.
- The housing is equipped with covers for cleaning the rotor.
- Housing covers are equipped with safety switches.
- Blades are made of wear-resistant Hardox steel.
- Adjustable angle of blades, which allows to get a homogenized mixture and to work with pellets.
- Possibility of adjustment thanks to 8 separate points of steam supply.
