Kazakhstan: As of the beginning of April oilseeds amounted to 1 million tons

As of April 1 of this year, 1 million tons of oilseeds were stored in the bins of Kazakhstan.

This information was received from the Statistics Committee.

As of this date, the volume of sunflower amounted to 0.41 million tons, of which the volume of food sunflower stocks reached 0.39 million tons. There are also safflower, rapeseed, soybean, flax and mustard in the bins of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The stocks of the above-mentioned crops amounted to 16.5 thousand tons, 156.7 thousand tons, 59.4 thousand tons, 310.6 thousand tons and 17.2 thousand tons, respectively.

It should be recalled that as of the beginning of 2019, oilseed stocks amounted to more than 1.6 million tons.
