The Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food Elena Kovaleva claimed that in the current year several changes have been made to the Memorandum. Such crops as corn, rye and wheat have been excluded from the Memorandum, because there is no threat to the food safety regarding these crops.
