Sifter
DESCRIPTION
The machine is designed to separate grain and impurities that differ in length (small, crushed, shrunken grains and weed seeds). It is used at grain processing plants together with other equipment and is part of the mill.
OPERATION PRINCIPLE
Grain with impurities goes to the cylinder with a sieve for round grain. Then during the rotation of this cylinder, good product and long grain falls down into the cylinder with a sieve for long grain. Peas, broken and small grains go to the outlet, dividing into classes. As the cylinder with the long grain sieve rotates, the light oat, clean grains, oats and barley pass through the slots and spill out, divided into classes. The main grain that remains inside the cylinder has a separate outlet.
