DESCRIPTION

The machine is used for cleaning and dividing semolina into classes. It is installed at flour mills.

OPERATION PRINCIPLE

The product goes through 2 inlets and the feeding mechanism distributes the product evenly over the sieving area. Then the product is vibrated and an airflow is passed through it. Thus, impurities is sifted out and the clean product passes through the sieves to the outlet. The product with hull goes to the last fraction and the particles of hull are removed by aspiration.
