Operating Principle
Sampling is performed through a specially designed sampling port equipped with a moving shutter. The shutter travels between two end positions, cutting through the entire grain flow during movement. This ensures uniform sample collection across the full stream and guarantees high sampling accuracy.
Sampling frequency and shutter speed can be adjusted according to operational requirements. Higher sampling frequency and lower shutter speed result in a larger total sample volume.
