Sieve Cleaner PSC-S
This cleaner is designed to separate impurities of all fractions (from small to large), as well as to calibrate the product using a two-stage system.
Characteristics of this model:
- The support frame is made of pressed metal.
- Bolted connections.
- The cleaner is equipped with a hopper for loading the product.
- The frame is made of carbon steel.
- It is equipped with a vertical dust extraction plug.
- The air flow is regulated by a manual shutter.
- The sieves are also equipped with rubber balls for cleaning.
- The sieve is moved using a connecting rod.
The principle of operation of a two-stage system:
The product flows by gravity into the separator and is evenly distributed across the width of the machine. Then the product goes through an air stream, with the help of which light impurities are removed, and heavier particles settle in a hopper with a discharging screw.
Dust-free product enters the upper sieve unit. There the product is divided according to the size of the sieve openings. Then the product falls into the lower sieve block, where it is again divided according to the sieve selected.
Then the product is evenly distributed over the entire width of the machine and again an air stream passes through it, which removes the remaining dust and light impurities.
This product purification system can separate 7 types of impurities and by-products.
