CropLab Laboratory Sieve is designed for fast and accurate separation of cereal and oilseed crops by fractions. This professional equipment is used to determine grain size, contamination, and to isolate damaged or inferior grains, as well as to prepare samples for further laboratory analyses. The device ensures stable results and meets the requirements of laboratories in the food, processing, and grain industries.
Purpose and Applications
The CropLab Laboratory Sieve is used for:
-
Classifying grain by size
-
Determining contamination and batch quality
-
Separating impurities and defective grains
-
Preparing samples for further analyses
Thanks to its precise mechanism and stable operation, the device is suitable for farms, elevators, seed laboratories, and enterprises where uniformity and standardization of grain samples are essential.
Operating Principle
The sieve unit is mounted on a three-point support system and driven by an eccentric mechanism that creates precise planar motion. The speed is smoothly adjustable via a worm gear, and a built-in microcontroller controls the rotation time and direction. This ensures even sieving and accurate fraction separation.
A complete cycle takes about one minute, after which the sample is ready for further processing.
