DESCRIPTION

The machine is used in grain cleaning departments of flour milling and grain processing plants for cleaning grain from stones, glass and other non-magnetic impurities.

OPERATION PRINCIPLE

The untreated product goes to the machine, where it is exposed to vibration and airflow. The vibration motors are installed at the angle of 43 degrees, the tilt angle of the machine is from 6.5 to 8 degrees. The difference leads to abrupt movements of the stones towards the discharging area. The cleaned grain is lighter and, thanks to aspiration, moves downhill for discharging.
