External automatic water dosing system
The Y42 external automatic water dosing system is designed for precise water dosing during water absorption determination using farinographs or combined dough and flour analyzers. The system automates the dosing process, significantly reducing operator influence and improving measurement repeatability.
High accuracy of test results is achieved by maintaining a constant water temperature inside the dosing unit. The device is equipped with an integrated mini computer featuring a 3.5” color touchscreen for intuitive operation and real-time process monitoring.
The software can be updated via the Internet, ensuring compatibility with modern laboratory requirements and standards. Easy calibration allows the system to reach a water dosing accuracy of less than 0.1%.
