Drum aspirator with decanter PA-DTR

Aspirator with decanter is designed to clean the product from light and large impurities in a short period of time. The aspirator is installed before the dryer or after the dryer, or in the reception area. By installing an aspirator before the dryer, you will prevent contamination of the dryer with impurities. Using this machine before product goes to storage allows you to avoid overheating, which can occur due to impurities (chaff, husk, broken grain) in the product.

Operation principle

The product flows by gravity into the machine and is evenly distributed over the entire width of the machine; then the product passes through a sieve drum. Large impurities (for example, stones) do not pass through the drum, but are discharged through a special hopper. Then an air stream passes through the product, which blows out light impurities. Heavier particles are removed by screw.
