Ukraine: Export supplies of cereals from seaports reached a level of 351.000 t

From 24.02 to 02.03 the export of grain reached a level of slightly more than 350.000 t, which is almost half as much as the indicator of the previous week. During the previous week, 787.000 t were exported from the sea ports.

During this period, the supply of wheat decreased by 65% and the volume of corn shipment decreased by 51%. During this period, 170.000 t and 162.000 t of wheat and corn were transhipped. Moreover, the supply of barley, on the contrary, increased 5 times and amounted to 19.000 t.

The biggest volumes of grain were transhipped in Yuzhnuy port (135.000 t), while the second place was taken by the port of Chernomorsk (66.000 t).

During this period, the main consumers of Ukrainian grain were Spain (80.000 t), the Netherlands (66.000 t) and Egypt (27.000 t).

The volume of export of grain products from the seaports of Ukraine reached the level of 351 thousand tons, which is an important indicator for the Ukrainian economy.
