RHEOGRAPH ALVEOGRAPH

    This device is used for several purposes. First of all, it makes flour mixture, controls its quality and detects the effect of additives on the dough. If you specify certain parameters and provide the required pressure, you can test the sample for resistance and elongation. It is also possible to check the baking properties of flour. Therefore, it will not take long time to obtain the complete data on flour quality using alveograph. The device is equipped with built-in computer with the appropriate software to perform required tests. Using this computer and touch panel, you can control the operation of alveograph.
