Wheat grinding machine
This mill is used for grinding wet wheat. There are two sections, located parallel to each other. The first right section is used for grinding. There are two containers. And the left section there is only one container for grits.
The mill is very easy to use and does not require much space. All important maintenance and operation procedures can be performed manually. Cleaning and replacing spare parts will not take long. Since the mill is a laboratory device, its design has taken into account the possibility of error, which is reduced to zero. The rolls are made of special robust steel.
During grinding the flour of different sorts is produced as well as bran and coarse flour. The raw material passes through six channels and five rolls during grinding.
Thanks to such a mill, it is possible to obtain samples for further laboratory tests. Further grinded samples can be used for other devices – flour and dough testing devices, rheohrapg and falling number device..
