Square plansifter

Description

This equipment is used for sifting of intermediate milling products by size and quality and is a part of the grain processing. It is installed at flour mills.

Operation principle

The products to be sieved go to the sieving area. Different types of frames allow you to split into several channels. After passing through the sifter, it goes to the exit at the bottom.

Characteristics

The design is highly durable. Each sieve in sifter is checked both dynamically and statically before delivery.
The walls inside are covered with stainless steel sheet with high quality insulating properties.
Covers are made of aluminium and wood.
The inlet and outlet pipes are made of stainless steel.
The cast iron is of the highest quality.
All parts are quickly accessible for cleaning and maintenance.
The very minimum of service and maintenance is required.
The doors are tightly insulated to prevent dust leakage.

The exit platforms are made of sheet metal and the platforms are made of plywood.

The frames are made of high moisture resistant plywood imported from Siberia, as well as laminated / tempered first class pine.

The bases of the case are made of 0.50 mm stainless steel.
Manufactured in accordance with sanitary and hygienic requirements.
Stainless steel sieve is possible for both wood and aluminium frames, while galvanized sieve mesh is only applicable for wood frames.
The lower part of these bodies is covered with rubber wicks.
Casings are made of aluminium material.
The silk used is Nytall (Switzerland).
The surface of the frame and the surface of the box was ground with an accuracy of 0.1 mm, and the frames were produced without any gaps.
Insulation is provided for all surfaces in contact with flour or similar products in the sieve passages.
The fiberglass cover can be made as an option.
Each passage can be designed according to the request.
To prevent product leakage, a special sealing element is installed between the edges of the lid and the passage.
Baffles in the ducts prevent dust accumulation when material is discharged.
