Kazakhstan: As of early November, the amount of grain in Kazakhstan’s warehouses increased by 2 million tons

In October, the amount of new grain came in no such large quantities to the grain storages compared with September. However, as of November 1, stocks have increased significantly. For a month, from October 1 to November 1, another 2 million tons were harvested.

It should be recalled that the amount of grain in the republic has increased significantly in August due to the supply of grain from all regions of the country except for the northern.

As of September 1, amount of stored grain increased by 57% compared to August 1. But the greatest increase in grain was obtained after the harvesting began in the largest grain regions of Kazakhstan. Thanks to the quick and effective work of the agrarians, grain was quickly harvested and in September, the grain stock amounted to slightly more than 6.5 million tons of grain, and as of October 1, this number exceeded 18 million tons. And as of November 1, the Republic of Kazakhstan possesses 20 million tons of grain.

Over the past month, the increase was 11.1%. The amount of food grain increased by 6.5%, which is 15.7 million tons, and the amount of feed grain increased by 26.5%, which equals to 2.7 million tons.
