According to information received from regional agrarian departments, as of July 17, the amount of harvested new crop was 324 thousand tons of grain crops.

From the report of the Ministry of Agriculture, such an information was received that the area of the territories from which the crops were harvested was just under 170 thousand hectares. The average yield was just over 1.9 t/ha.

According to information from the International Grain Council, the total yield will reach 17.8 million tons, compared to 19.3 million tons last year. The forecast for harvesting wheat this year is 13.7 million tons, compared to 14.8 million tons last year.

Harvesting of grain crops continues in Kazakhstan, and according to the latest data, as of July 17, 2018, the volume of harvested grain amounted to 324,000 tons. It is important to note that the yield of grain crops depends on many factors, including weather conditions, seed quality, agricultural practices and much more. Therefore, fluctuations in crop volumes are possible.

However, thanks to state support and the introduction of new technologies, every year the grain crops in Kazakhstan are becoming more stable and high. After all, grain is one of the main export goods of Kazakhstan, so successful harvesting is a key factor for the economic development of the country.
