Disc mill

Disc mill is a multifunctional device. It grinds different types of raw material such as wheat, barley, peas, corn, malt, etc. The discs are made of robust steel, so grinding is rapid. The device is designed in such a way that it is possible to adjust the distance between discs depending on the type of product that is planned to be grinded. The mill is robust and wear-resistant. The device works almost silently. In addition, discs are protected from overheating. The raw material enters the bowl, the capacity of which is 250 ml. Depending on the density and moisture of the raw material, the rate of grinding can vary. However, the average rate is 50 grams in 20 seconds.

Disk mill is used to obtain samples intended for laboratory tests, for example, to analyze the moisture.
