Dry gluten analyzer
This device is used to measure the amount of dry gluten. To obtain such data, samples are dried at the temperature of 150 degrees. To ensure that samples do not stick, the surface is made of Teflon. Drying lasts 4 minutes, and then the samples are weighed. Using this device, you can assess the quality of protein rapidly. Therefore, the device is extensively used in milling.
